Bullstore came to us for stability and a partner that proactively manages their Magento store. The shop had overdue updates and daily issues. We upgraded the platform and all extensions and built a CI pipeline with smoke tests on the core flows so releases stay safe and predictable.
The focus was on maintainability: proving we can run and improve Magento stores. Integrations like Buckaroo, Monta, Sendgrid, Snelstart, Channable, and Trustpilot remain supported and are included in our update and verification routines.
The store needed cleanup without risking stability. Legacy extensions plus multiple critical integrations (payments, inventory, accounting, email, reviews) made manual patching risky and costly. Without regression checks, every update was a gamble.
We upgraded Magento and all extensions in stages, then added an automated update flow. The CI pipeline runs smoke tests on the key customer paths: adding a product to cart and verifying the checkout remains reachable and stable. Integrations (Buckaroo, Monta, Sendgrid, Snelstart, Channable, Trustpilot) stay under active management and are included in checks during updates.
